CSQ’s 2015 Visionaries Awards in Philanthropy, Art & Culture Award, with Visionary of the Year David Bohnett, Philanthropist, Entrepreneur, and Founder of Baroda Ventures

November 2015 | 7:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Every autumn CSQ has the pleasure of turning our focus to giving back, allowing us to acknowledge organizations doing admirable work saving lives, changing circumstances, and creating a brighter future. The interplay between philanthropy, art, and culture illuminates the charitable side of Los Angeles. This year, we brought together three dynamic women leading regional arts institutions – Lori Bettison-Varga, Rachel S. Moore, and Laura Skandera Trombley, each of whom spoke to the sizable impact of her institution while acknowledging the honor of being recognized as a visionary illuminating the Los Angeles cultural landscape. Primary honoree and cover feature David Bohnett chose to interpret his status as CSQ cover feature as a “personal call to action,” imparting his message of hope for the future.

A special thank you to our sponsor of the evening Sheppard Mullin, our host The Music Center, our partner The Patina Group and Patina Catering, and our honored charity Food Forward.
